First thoughts
This is all new to me. I feel too old for this kind of technology but I was recently at a library workshop and was encouraged to start a blog. I'd like to eventually link this to my school's web site and have students comment.
So first I'll ask a question--what was the best book you've ever read? You may define "best" any way you'd like.
Mine would be Gone with the Wind. I read it in high school and it's stayed a favorite ever since. But I can't really narrow my favorite book down to just one. I would add The Scarlet Letter, Huckleberry Finn, The Secret Life of Bees, and many more. I'm partial to American Literature and that's good since that's what I teach.
